Chartered Building Surveyor James Barron is celebrating a very important professional association with one of his longest serving clients.

This year marks the 15th anniversary of Barron Surveying Services Ltd’s connection with the freehold property management company, Three Keys Properties, managed by Caroline Bagley.

What began for James as a contract for a handful of buildings in Plymouth has slowly grown to looking after the surveying and inspection needs for a portfolio of properties, both in the city and across the South East.

James said he is delighted to mark such a long and valued professional relationship with a client, for whom he has a huge amount of respect.

“I first began working for Three Keys Properties when I was employed by another surveying firm and when I set up my own business I was fortunate, with my previous employer’s blessing, to take them on as a direct client,” said James.

“As Caroline and the rest of her team were with me from the early days of my business, they do feel a particularly special part of our client base and we continue to enjoy an excellent professional relationship, which has really flourished over the years.”

Three Keys Properties has a portfolio of more than 150 properties and use the services of James to carry out a number of tasks, including building surveys, compiling schedules of works, risk assessments and property inspections.

Caroline said that throughout the time they have been working with both James and his wife Sara, Barron’s Company Secretary, nothing has been too much trouble.

“James had no hesitation in agreeing to look after our properties in the South East, as well as Plymouth, and throughout this time, I have found them to be an extremely competent and professional company to deal with,” said Caroline.

“No job is too difficult and all tasks are dealt with in a timely manner, so it goes without saying that I would highly recommend the services of Barron Surveying.”

Caroline said that as Three Keys is planning to increase its portfolio of properties on a regular basis, she looks forward to extending the amount of work currently carried out by James and his team.

“I look forward to continuing our professional relationship with James and Sara for many years to come,” added Caroline.
