Property professionals in Plymouth are spreading their message across social media with the help of text comms.
We have transformed both the Facebook and Twitter presence of the Plymouth Area Property Professionals Association (PAPPA) in recent months.
It is helping the association to raise awareness of its membership base, which covers a whole range of property industry related services.
“At a time when estate agents are facing challenges from online only companies, PAPPA members saw the opportunity to really push their key messages of independence, accreditation and High Street presence that set their brands apart from the competition,” said text comms PR Consultant Anthony Abbott.
“The PAPPA Facebook page and its revitalised Twitter feed have been great vehicles for that kind of promotional activity and it is beginning to pay dividends.
“Very few people in Plymouth and the surrounding area were aware of the presence of PAPPA, but its members are reporting that is beginning to change – I am obviously delighted to hear that!”
Formed back in the 1950s as the Plymouth Area Surveyors and Estate Agents Association, PAPPA members have a combined track record of nearly 500 years industry experience.
They offer a full range of property related services covering homes and commercial sales, lettings in both the residential and business sectors, legal support and conveyancing, chartered surveyors and specialists in mortgages and investments.
But what makes the association particularly special is that they only accept independent companies who have been given full accreditation by their respective industry bodies.
